Design
Our designer, Krystle, met with Kip and Andrea to explore their needs, wants, and personal style. She gave them a “homework assignment” to gather inspiration, then researched the Art Deco era to curate finishes and fixtures that balanced vintage character with modern sophistication. With 3D renderings, the homeowners could see their new home take shape before construction began.
Build
With the demo underway, the home was stripped back to its bones, making way for new walls, wiring, and plumbing. Each stage of construction moved the project closer to Kip and Andrea’s vision, setting the foundation for the modern updates to come.
The Big Reveal
The final walkthrough brought everything together—from the sleek Art Deco details to the dual-sided fireplace that now warms the luxurious ensuite. Kip and Andrea were thrilled with how their home’s character was preserved while feeling brand new.
